Saudi Aramco is already a shareholder in the company.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Haavind assisted Equinor Ventures and Sumitomo Corporation with due diligence of the company in addition to negotiation of the investment agreement and the shareholders agreement on behalf of Equinor Ventures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the third time in a year Haavind has assisted Equinor Ventures investing in start-up tech companies.
