Haavind assisted Aker Solutions in restructuring its activities within CCS and offshore wind and the establishment of the Aker Carbon Capture and Aker Offshore Wind groups.<\/p>\n\n\n

The restructuring was an integral part of the spin off and subsequent listing of Aker Carbon Capture AS and Aker Offshore Wind Holding AS on Merkur Market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
