Haavind strengthens its position in important areas<\/h1>\n\n

We are proud to present three new partners, in competition law, dispute resolution \/ public procurement and banking and finance.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We are proud to present three new partners, in competition law, dispute resolution \/ public procurement and banking and finance.<\/p>\n\n\n

The new partners Simen Klevstrand, Anne Hesjedal Sending and Hans-Christian Donjem are all internally promoted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simen Klevstrand<\/strong><\/a> assists clients across the full range of competition law. He has handled competition cases both against the European Commission and Norwegian competition authorities, and in Norwegian courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simen is highlighted in competition law by the international rating agencies Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500 and Who\u2019s Who Legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anne Hesjedal Sending<\/strong><\/a> specializes in public procurement and dispute resolution and has been admitted to appear before the Supreme Court since 2009.  She has extensive experience as advisor and litigator on public procurement as well as significant litigation experience on several other legal areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anne joined Haavind in 2019 and previously worked for The Office of the Attorney General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hans- Christian <\/strong>Donjem<\/strong> <\/a>specializes in banking and finance law and has extensive experience in corporate law, commercial contracts and compliance. He assists Norwegian and international clients, and works closely with management groups, boards and owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hans-Christian is recognized by international rating agencies and has extensive experience in negotiating complex agreements, in addition to working with strategic consulting, business development and legal- and operational compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2019 has been an eventful and good year for Haavind. The promotion of partners with high expertise and broad experience in dispute resolution \/ public procurement, banking and finance and competition law will strengthen us in areas that are important to many of our customers, says P\u00e5l Kvernaas, chairman and partner in Haavind.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n
