Haavind is assisting Chassix, Inc. with the acquisition of Benteler Automotive Farsund’s lightweight aluminum low pressure automotive casting business.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Benteler Automotive Farsund\u2019s casting business is known for its innovative products of high quality and employs approximately 275.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chassix Inc., a leading global, vertically integrated manufacturer of aluminum and iron cast and machined automotive components, had sales of $1.2 billion in 2016, operates 23 manufacturing facilities and 4 technical centers in 7 countries and employs over 4 000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Haavind assisted Chassix Inc., with the acquisition. An asset purchase agreement has been entered into, and closing will take place once the relevant closing conditions have been met.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
