Haavind advised the Norwegian private equity fund Broodstock Capital Partners in the 51 % acquisition of the Danish company Billund Aquakulturservice. Billund Aquakulturservice is a world leading provider of intensive recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS). With Broodstock Capital Partners as the majority owner, the company is now ready to meet the growing demand for RAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The investment strategy of Broodstock Capital Partners is based on acquisitions of companies in the aquaculture market. This transaction is the second transaction, following the 70 % acquisition of Multi Pump Innovation \u2013 a Norwegian supplier of cleaning equipment primarily within aquaculture. Haavind has advised Broodstock in both investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
