Haavind\u2019s Healthcare and Life Science team has published the latest edition of the Pharma Report, our biannual report on legal developments relevant for the pharmaceutical industry. <\/p>\n\n\n

With both regulatory developments and court cases on intellectual property rights during the second part of 2016, it has been an eventful year in Norway for legal practitioners focusing on the pharmaceutical sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are therefore pleased to present a retrospective view on some of these legal developments. In this edition of our biannual report, you can read about the outcome of the SPC-case between Pharmaq and Intervet, a case that has been
