Welcome to the Winter 2024 edition of Haavind\u2019s Pharma Report. In this year’s Winter edition, we are happy to present a summary of some of the most significant cases occurring in 2023, which indeed was an eventful period for the pharmaceutical industry. The report includes articles on the proposed amendments to pharmacy legislation, as well as recent developments in pharmaceutical advertising. In addition, the report also includes relevant updates on intellectual property rights relevant for the pharmaceutical sectors, including case law concerning pharmaceutical patents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The report is authored by members of our Healthcare and Life Sciences team, which have extensive experience in advising pharmaceutical companies and other healthcare enterprises in all legal areas affecting this highly innovative and extensively regulated sector.<\/p>\n\n\n
