He is a board member of the Norwegian Labour Law Association, Norway\u2019s Board member to the European Employment Lawyer\u2019s Association (EELA) and has been a member of a reference group in the Ministry of Labour, assessing the rules on whistleblowing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sten is a board member of the Norwegian Labor Law Association and a Norwegian board member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
