H\u00e5kon is admitted to appear before the Supreme Court and has recently prosecuted cases in the areas of contract\/energy, IPR\/trademark and contract\/ European Convention on Human Rights before the high court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e5kon represents both Norwegian and international clients and works as well in English as in Norwegian. He has good experience with so-called \u201ccross border litigation\u201d and procedural challenges related to cross-border processes. In addition, he advises on terms of entry into contracts and cases of default.
