He also has solid expertise in tort law.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kristian works daily with advice in connection with the preparation, conclusion and implementation of complex and dynamic contracts. He has solid, extensive experience with warranty and complaint cases, as well as a collection of compensation claims. He regularly assists several of Norway&#8217;s largest actors in the building and construction sector.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He has excellent&nbsp;knowledge of the issues that arise in building and construction contracts, and also has extensive ready knowledge of the central contract standards. He has worked with a large number of different building and construction types and has a good understanding of building and construction technical terms and concepts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kristian regularly goes to court and has been litigating some of Norway&#8217;s largest final settlement disputes.
